공지사항


* 5.18기념 제9회 서울청소년대회 심사와 관련하여 심사위원회(2013.05.07) 결정사항을 알립니다.
* 통보받은 결정사항에 근거하여 제9회 대회 우수상장 시상기관 중
서울지방보훈청장을 5.18기념재단이사장으로 기 변경하였습니다.
* 시상은 예정대로 2013년 5월 18일 11시에 5.18 제33주년기념식장(서울광장)에서 진행함을 함께 알립니다.

내 용 : 본 위원회는 5ㆍ18민중항쟁서울기념사업회의 긴급한 요청에 의하여 최근 발생한 사안(서울지방보훈청의 수상작 교체 요구의 건)을 검토하고 다음과 같이 결정사항을 통보한다.


1. 2013년 4월 27일부터 5월 1일에 걸쳐 진행된 심사위원회 예,본선 결과, 최종 선정된 수상작품에 대한 결정은 번복할 수 없음을 확인한다.


2. 서울지방보훈청의 심사 작품 교체 요구는 대회의 취지와 심사 의 주요 기준인 5ㆍ18민주화운동 정신 계승에 어긋나며 심사위원회의 권위를 침해하는 요구로서 원칙적으로 검토의 대상이 될 수 없다.


3. 그럼에도 불구하고, 5ㆍ18민주화운동 제33주년기념 행사를 뜻 깊게 추진하고자 하는 주최단체(5ㆍ18민중항쟁서울기념사업회)의 의사와 대회 참가자들의 기대는 존중되어야 마땅하다고 생각하여 우수상장 등급을 동일하게 유지하는 선에서, 시상기관의 변경은 주최단체에 일임한다. 끝.
