= 5.18기념 서울청소년대회 시상식 안내 =




**   다음 사항에 대한 협조요청 공문이  각 수상자의 학교로 전달되었으니각 수상자는 담임선생님과 상의하시고 시상식에 참여하시기 바랍니다. ** 


1.일시 -  2009년 5월 18일(월)  8시 50분까지 참석


2.장소 -  5.18 제29주년 서울행사장(서울시청 앞 광장)


3. 참석대상


      - 수상자, 지도교사,학부모 등 일반 시민 누구나 참석 가능


      - 수상자는 필히 시상식에 참석하기 바라며 


        단, 부득이한 사정이 있는 경우에는 가족이 대신 수상하시기 바랍니다.


4.복장 - 자유롭게 하되, 행사의 취지에 벗어나지 않는 옷차림


5.상품 및 기념품 수령


     - 기념행사장의 수상자 안내석에 오시면 상품 및 기념품이 마련되어있으니


       수상자(또는 보호자)는 상품을  꼭 수령하시기 바랍니다.


     - 동반한 친지나 가족에게는 기념품 증정 예정.


6. 시상식 당일, 행사장에서 수상자 기념촬영이 있습니다.


    ( 참고 - 가족이나 친지분들과 기념촬영을 원하시는 분은


      당일, 기념식장에서 본회 협력 사진기자에게 촬영을 부탁하시면


      수상자에 한해 촬영해드리겠습니다. 물론 무료입니다.^^)
